1. TERM AND AREA OF EXECUTION OF THE PROMOTION

1.1. The promotion will start on JUNE 30, 2020 and end on AUGUST 31, 2020 and will be held at Besen Comércio de Materials de Construção LTDA.

1.2. The period of participation of those interested in this promotion will be from 30.06.2020 to 31.08.2020.

2. DESCRIPTION OF PROMOTION MECHANICS

2.1. In the period between 06.30.2020 and 08.31.2020, all individuals over 18 (eighteen) years of age, residing and domiciled in Brazil, may participate in this promotion.

2.1.1. It is already clarified that only currency exchanges in the period from 06.30.2020 to 08.31.2020 will be valid,

2.2. It is hereby determined that for each R$ 10.00 (Ten Reais), in coins, you will be entitled to 1 (one) coupon to compete in the Raffle on 09/01/2020.

2.2.1. Entries that do not meet the basic conditions of the promotion will not be valid.

3.AWARD

3.1. The only consumer included in this promotion, identified by the COUPON draw will receive as a prize (01) an ELECTRIC BARBECUE AGRATTO 220V.

4. DISPLAY OF THE AWARD

4.1. The prize, by its nature, will be described by the means of dissemination and on the website www.grupobesen.com

5. DISCLOSURE OF RESULT AND AWARD DELIVERY

5.1. The result of this promotion will be announced within ten days of the draw, on the website www.grupobesen.com and the winner will be notified of this condition by telephone call.

5.1.2. Tax coupons must be intact and legible, and failure to comply with this requirement may result in the participant's disqualification.

5.2. The award will be delivered by Besen Comércio de Construção Materials to the winner within 30 (thirty) days from the date of the result.

5.2.1. The winner must present original CPF or RG, as well as sign the Receipt of Delivery and Discharge of the Prize.

6.GENERAL PROVISIONS

6.1. The winner hereby agrees to authorize the Promoter to use their name, image and voice to publicize the promotion, without any type of burden, nor the obligation to carry out the disclosure referred to in this article.

6.1.2. Participation in this promotion implies automatic acceptance of all the provisions of these Regulations.
